Essentially the focus of this training is to target all 3 major muscle groups in the buttocks from as many angles as possible. All in all the program has something for everyone, but where it really excels is for women who CRAVE that sexy butt that makes guys do a double take every time you walk by. If that’s what you desire, and you don’t have the time to hit the gym or the money to spend on a gym membership, then the Brazil Butt Lift program is an excellent alternative.
